Artwork Checklist & Production Info
Below is some helpful information about our printing process. If you’re unsure or need help, please call us on 0208 858 3076 or email us to discuss.
FILE TYPE: We accept TIFFs, PSDs or JPEG files. PDFs must be rasterised first. Files must be flattened before sending over.
DPI: Files must be saved at 300dpi at the dimensions you want them printed. For the best way to prepare your files, please call us on 0208 858 3076 or email us to discuss.
SIZE: Files must be sized to the exact print size you require, including any border you wish to have. They must be sized correctly before sending to us.
COLOUR SPACE: Adobe RGB, sRGB or Prophoto RGB.
FILES: Files can be sent to us via WeTransfer, Dropbox or just in an email. If you would like to drop off the files in person please call us on 0208 858 3076 or email us to arrange an appointment to do so.
TURNAROUND TIME: Turnaround normally is 3-4 working days in the studio, from receipt of your order. Turnaround time is for completion and collection from the studio only and does not include delivery. Our turnaround time is subject to current workload and quantity, for larger volume orders turnaround time may be extended. All turnaround extensions will be discussed prior to order confirmation. Let us know if you have a tight deadline.
DELIVERY COSTS: UK Mainland
Courier: Expected delivery 1-2 working days – £11.50+VAT per parcel
Royal Mail – Special Delivery up to 1kg: Expected delivery 1-2 working days – £9.50+VAT per parcel
Royal Mail – Signed For up to 1kg: Expected delivery 1-5 working days – £7.50+VAT per parcel
Please note: we no longer use Royal Mail standard class post.
For all UK and international deliveries, we use DPD, Parcelforce and Royal Mail. Please contact us for delivery prices to other countries.
Customs Charges: Products delivered to other countries may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges, due to local legislation. Any additional charges incurred, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges will have to be paid by the recipient of the goods. If you are ordering products to be delivered somewhere else, please make sure that the recipient is aware and that they will be responsible for paying any extra. We are sorry but we have no control over these charges, so we’re unable to offer any assistance on these processes. Please check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.
